Making Rose Potpourri by Dan Mills

Dan Mills did a program on Making Rose Potpourri and it was just wonderful. He used roses that were two years old which he had kept in the freezer.

Dan Mills, Gainesville Consulting Rosarian and GRS Treasurer presented his program, "Making Rose Potpourri" on Sunday, November 13th to the Gainesville Rose Society. Dan used red, white and yellow roses that were shared at John Tucker's memorial service on February 7, 2015. Dan had kept these roses in his freezer in the hope of some day using them. The beautiful final product was created with these roses and many other botanicals, all of which were John's favorites, growing on the property he and Dan shared for 28 years. This was a beautiful tribute to John and a great learning experience for GRS members and guests.
